The Event Participant agrees to consent to that certain Informed Consent / Waiver, incorporated herein by this reference, as a condition for participation in the Event. Moreover, by signing the agreement form below, the Event Participant agrees as follows: “I am entirely responsible for my own personal safety, health, and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after the Event. I release the Event Organizers and their representatives, and any of their employees, assistants, and affiliates, and the property/location of the event of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically I or any of my family members might incur during or after the Event. I understand that the Event is in no way psychotherapeutic or medical in nature. The Event is not involved with the treatment of disease of any kind and does in no way substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Limitless Ascension, LLC, Lakshmi Dev (Kimberly) Bowen, and other Event leaders and teachers do not treat, prescribe, or diagnose any illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. Any personal advice or answers to my questions that are given to me at this Event are for entertainment purposes only. I release Event Organizers and their employees, assistants, and affiliates from any obligation to fulfill any claims about this Event that have been printed or spoken in any tapes, lecture, letters, literature, the Internet, websites, or the news media. I am entirely responsible for my personal safety, health, and well-being during the Event and for travel to and from the event. I hold the Event Organizers harmless for anything that might happen to me or to my possessions at the Event. I have read and understand this Event Participant Agreement." By joining this Event Participant Agreement, the participant releases the Event Organizers and its representatives from all responsibility and liability. I agree that by making payment, I am purchasing a non-refundable ticket to this event only".
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
In the unforeseen event of a cancellation due to severe weather conditions, tickets will become transferable for the rescheduled event or a future event of equal value.
In addition, I hereby authorize Limitless Ascension, LLC, and its partners, agents, representatives, assigns, successors in interest and licensees, to photograph, audiotape, and/or videotape me and grant the Organization and its partners the irrevocable right to use my photograph, audio recording, video recording, or any reproduction or modification thereof (the “Photograph,” “Audio,” and/or “Video”), in any manner or medium throughout the world an unlimited number of times in perpetuity in advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose. I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the permissions I am granting herein. I hereby waive any right of inspection of approval of the uses to which the Organization may put the Photograph, Audio, and/or Video.
I acknowledge the Organization will rely on this permission and hereby release and discharge the Organization from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Photograph or the exercise of the permissions granted here, including any or all claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or emotional distress. I understand that I consent by making payment, and that this consent and release is binding on me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
