We’ll have a ritual beginning at 3pm with breathing meditation to clear your mind and spill your visions onto paper for 2026, followed by a music-based movement free-flow & end with a sound healing to clear away any residual limiting energy to then replenish your soul soaking in the spa.
Please bring a snack or small appetizer to share if you'd like and some mini-bitses and mocktails will be provided. I want this to be sacred, as well as celebratory as we close out 2025.
